The following questions are designed as a self-assessment to help you determine the “elevation” to which your brand has reached in acknowledging, understanding and managing emotions and relationships, both internal and external to the brand, to drive the desired perceptions. The assessment explores four distinct dimensions: Internal Brand Emotional Awareness, Internal Brand Emotional Management, External Brand Emotional Awareness and External Brand Emotional Management.
