What makes Ariad Partners different from so many other management companies out there?

Many management companies subscribe to the theory that “one size fits all” when it comes to business growth. Ariad discarded that false belief long ago and understands the real key to sustained business growth is making sure the thinking of the CEOs and Senior Executives is in alignment with their people, plans and strategies. I worked with other management consulting companies before and ended up with lots of studies and presentations and meetings but little in way of quantifiable results. What can I expect from you? 

Great question. In fact, Ariad may not be for you. We don’t beat around the bush. We don’t try to get you to like us (although, we hope that happens naturally) and we don’t spend hours keeping you glued to a chair in the boardroom while we tell you what we’re going to do. We tell you want you need to hear, not what you want to hear. We are focused on creating an outcome that sees your company on a path to accelerated growth. We are a “sleeves rolled up” partner and we expect the same from our clients. That’s not for every CEO or Senior Executive but we’ve never heard our clients complain about our approach – or the results we produce.

I’ve been burned a couple of times where I signed on with a consultant only to discover things weren’t going the way I expected early on. How do you respond to that?

We choose our clients very carefully. That way, there are few surprises. We’re proud of the fact that 97% of our clients choose to renew their agreement but we also want you to know that none of our contracts lock you in to anything. With any agreement you sign with us, either party – you or Ariad Partners – can cancel at any time.

I’ve hired other experts in the past and then our account has been passed off to other people in the organization. Some were good. Some weren’t.  If I were to hire your company, who do we actually work with?
